South Burlington Office:
From I-89 North take Exit 15 E, Exit 15. Turn slight right onto 15/E/ E Allen Street/Grand Army of the Republic Highway. Continue to follow VT-15 E/ Grand Army of the Republic Highway go .4 miles. Turn Right onto Lime Kiln Rd go .5 miles. Turn light left onto Shamrock Rd. Turn slight left onto Ethan Allen Dr. go .2 miles. Turn Left in to 72 Ethan Allen Drive. You will see a sign for ALMC and VDBM.

From I 89 South Take US-2/US-7 Exit 16, toward VT 15/Winooski/Colchester. Turn Right onto US-2/US-7/Ethan Allen Hwy/Theodore Roosevelt Hwy go .8 miles. Turn Left on E. Spring St. go .4 miles. Turn left onto 15/E/ E Allen Street/Grand Army of the Republic Highway go .8 miles. Turn Right onto Lime Kiln Rd go .5 miles. Turn light left onto Shamrock Rd. Turn slight left onto Ethan Allen Dr. go .2 miles. Turn Left in to 72 Ethan Allen Drive. You will see a sign for ALMC and VDBM.

St. Albans Office: Located behind Northwestern Medical Center at 260 Crest Road in the Cobblestone Commons Building. As you enter the front doors of the building you will see the Northwestern Occupational Health Office. You will walk toward their office and veer to the right. Our office is located in Room 153.
